We aim to get your fitness gear to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipment Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after your order confirmation.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
During high-volume periods, such as holiday sales or January fitness season, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight and category.

Notice: Delivery times may be extended due to weather conditions, road closures, strikes, carrier delays, or government holidays. Shipping costs are calculated solely based on the weight of the products purchased.
The urgent shipping tier will be determined by the customer after contacting us at mommize.support@gmail.com.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking email once your package ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s tracking portal to update.
- If you do not receive your tracking link within 4 business days, please contact us at mommize.support@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues & Verification
Wrong Address:
- Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order.
- We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
- Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to update your address.
Missing or Stolen Packages:
- Check with neighbors, front desk, mailbox area, or safe drop spots.
- Please wait 24 hours, as some carriers may mark packages delivered early.
- If the package is still missing, contact the carrier to open a claim, then notify us.
- We are not liable for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Signature Requirements:
High-value smart equipment may require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, the courier may leave re-delivery information or redirect the package to a pickup depot.
Damages During Transit
Please note that once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery handling is the responsibility of the carrier.
If any issue occurs due to a carrier mistake, such as delayed delivery, misdelivery, lost package, damaged package during transit, or incorrect handling, Mommize will not provide a free exchange unless the issue is verified as a mistake from our side.
In such cases, the customer may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for investigation or claim support.
If an exchange is requested due to a carrier-related issue, the customer may be responsible for the exchange shipping cost or any additional charges.
Mommize will only bear the exchange cost if the wrong, damaged, or defective item was sent due to our own error.
